Running MDaemon dibelakang firewall ya?
Outbound port 3101 sudah di allow?

Dear Pak Syafril,
Saya mencoba upgrade MDaemon dari v.10 ke ke v.12.0.2 namun ada masalah pada 
saat upgrade, muncul Error Code : 5
"Error Code : 5
SRP Validation Failed with error (51). Installation will not proceed."
 
There was a problem with BES service."
 
Sudah berulang installasi SQL namun gagal, akhirnya kita teruskan upgrade tanpa 
BES service.
MDaemon v.12.0.2 sudah bisa up lagi tapi tanpa BES Service.
 
Mohon pencerahan untuk case seperti ini.
