Tanggal  21 Dec 2016 16:30:20 adalah saat koneksi internet di cloud
server baru UP kembali setelah terputus (outage) sejak jam 13:02
Ada lebih dari 2000 session incoming connection pada saat yang bersamaan
yang membuat koneksi sibuk dan beberapa menjadi time out sebelum selesai
kirim mail data secara lengkap.

Error diatas adalah tcp connection error, dugaan saya ClamAV kami yang
overload saat itu karena saat itu sedang melakukan signature update
(AVupdate).
Dengan error itu MDaemon mail.megatrukindoutama.com akan retry to send.

Mail itu sudah terkirim dengan sukses ke server tujuan.

Ipv6 belum di non aktifkan di windows.
IPv6 belum diimplementasi di Indonesia.

Ubah setting IPv6

Hmm aneh, mestinya domain telkom.net sudah aktif lagi sejak kemarin
setelah ganti DNS hoster.

$ host smtp.telkom.net
smtp.telkom.net has address 222.124.18.79

coba direstart Internet router/firewallnya, kalau perlu reboot MDaemon
server.
