Bukan, ada masalah DNS resolver sehingga DNS tidak bisa resolve MX
record host tetapi bisa resolve A record host.
Recipient domain itu cenderung memprioritaskan web bukan mail, sehingga
nama host globalkonstruksi.com merujuk ke web server bukan ke mail server.

Kalau tidak bisa resolve DNS umumnya karena koneksi internet sibuk atau
router/firewall overload (congestion).
Kalau firewall/router/NIC congestion maka obatnya hanya satu : restart

Ada masalah di DNS resolver 203.142.82.222 milik biznet sehingga tidak
bisa resolve domain gmail.com.

Tetapi bisa juga penyebabnya karena idle time out terlalu singkat, tidak
cukup waktu menunggu response dari DNS server yang sibuk.

Naikkan idle time out untuk "Wait XX seconds for MX DNS server
responses" dan "Wait XX seconds for A-Record DNS server responses" 6
kali dari standard bawaan instalasi, jangan dikecilkan.
