[MDaemon-L] error attachment

dear syafrill and all,

saya ada masalah nih, saya mendapatkan error ketika mengirim message dengan
attacment *.eml seperti berikut di bawah ini, kelihatannya mailscan pada
MDaemin saya memblok file dengan extension htm, eml,vcf dan ATT padahal
ketika saya lihat pada mailscan tidak terdapat extension tersebut pada block
attachment..kira kira permasalahannya apa yah pak ??
mohon pencerahannya..

nb antivirus pada MDaemon tidak saya aktifkan..

Ada menunya utk blocking/scan eml, kalau tidak salah di advance menu
kategori IE vulnerable.

Kalau penerimaan mail lihatnya ke smtp-in log.

IN dan OUT itu dilihat dari sudut pandang/posisi MDaemon.
Kirim mail ke internet akan tercatat transaksinya di smtp-out log, 
sementara penerimaan mail tercatat transaksinya di smtp-in log.



Attachment tidak bisa dibuka dan di gmail bisa dibuka

Webmail tidak time out, akan tetapi kalau attachment dibuka baru viewnya time 
out

Ada...antivirus kasperksy



Coba disable KAV service dari windows service control panel, restart 
MDaemon service dari windows service control panel lalu coba lagi akses 
mailnya dari webmail.
