Pakai MDaemon versi berapa?
Kalau sudah pakai MDaemon versi 16.5 keatas bisa pakai whitelist domain.

Kalau mail.aio.co.id sudah pakai versi 16.5 keatas dan tidak berjalan 
maka mungkin itu karena ada syntax yang salah diatasnya atau ada bug di 
versi itu.
Upgrade saja MDaemonnya ke versi 20.0.1 keatas atau ke versi terakhir 
(21.5.1)

Saya edit di Webadmin, namun memastikan lagi saya buka MDconfig dan apply untuk 
memastikan (meskipun sebetulnya sudah apply).

Untuk IP 202.158.47.146 ini sepertinya mail server asli Otsuka Indonesia, 
sedangkan informasi yang saya dapat bahwa SMTP outbound di larikan semua ke IP 
Sophos sebaagi SMTP Gateway,
Aneh juga kenapa masih ada yang transaksi dari IP asli tersebut ya (mestinya 
semua dari gateway).

Saya curiga settingan di MDaemonnya yang untuk outbound masih di pilih send 
directly first, kalau fail baru ke smarthost (Sophos Gateway).

MX host itu untuk penerimaan mail, sementara pengiriman mail (belum tentu) pakai
IP yang sama.
Mail tadi direject karena sender pakai IP 202.158.47.146 yang tidak terdaftar
dalam SPF host.
Dengan perkataan lain, kalau mau memasukkan IP di SPF whitelist maka masukkan
202.158.47.146 bukan yang IP lain.

Tadi edit isian SPF whitelist dari MDconfig atau Webadmin?

Salah satu SPF policy sender punya Mechanisms -all (Fail) yang artinya
kalau tidak match maka Intended action = reject.

kelihatannya sudah ada sedikit kemajuan dari SPF policy yang lama untuk
microsoft hosting service, sekarang ini tinggal policy
include:spfb.protection.outlook.com yang pakai policy -all, yang lain
sudah ~all (softail, Intended action = accept but mark).

Kirimi mail ke sender untuk menghubungi mail hostingnya agar memperbaiki
setting SPF record domainnya.

sekalian dihapus spf2.0/pra record yang deprecated dan sudah obsolete,
sudah diganti dengan DMARC.

ThundrBird punya banyak fitur (dan add on) untuk merapikan posting untuk
kemudahan dibaca penerima mail, seperti : Selected Quote Text when
reply, ReWrap paragraph, Paste as Quotation dll.
Aktifkan threading view (conversation view) untuk kemudahan membaca mail
lama untuk di discussion list; threaded view di Thunderview sangat
advance, bisa banyak pilihan tampilan tetapi yang terbaik adalah thread
