Itu artinya DNS resolve menolak DNS query dari IP server MDaemon.
Public IP MDaemon bisa diperiksa dengan akses ke http://ip4.me dari MDaemon 
server.

Kalau memang pakai koneksi dari ISP itu maka bisa ditanyakan ke ISP kenapa IP
MDaemon tidak bisa query ke DNS server 202.155.0.20 (Indosatnet).
Atau pilihan lain, jangan dipakai DNS server itu, ganti dengan yang lain.

DNS resolver urutan berikutnya bisa resolve.
Switch DNS resolver dari yang pertama ke berikutnya otomatis terjadi kalau sudah
pakai MDaemon 19.5.1 keatas.

Itu artinya sender memutus koneksi setelah mendapat konfirmasi dari receiver
bahwa mail diterima, tanpa menunggu smtp command berikutnya (QUIT) yang dianggap
hanya basa-basi baginya.

Koneksi internet internasional lambat/sibuk.

Ya sehingga host corp-in.indosat.net.id tidak bisa diresolve.

Tetapi isian smarthost mestinya bukan indosat.net.id melainkan
smtp.indosat.net.id.
Coba tanyakan lagi ke ISP indosat untuk memastikan.

Jadi diperbaiki isian smarthost dan buat ad hoc DNS

Ini untuk pengiriman mail, yang incomingnya mana?

Ini problem koneksi, tidak bisa menghubungi receiver karena ada masalah
teknis besaran nilai idle time out.
Kelihatannya Anda terbalik dalam menerapkan besaran idle time out.

dan
Wait xx seconds for protocol dialog to start

mestinya besar, diantara 180 seconds s.d 240 seconds, untuk
mengantisipasi sibuknya server receiver atau kanal internet padat.

Sementara

Wait XX seconds for MX responses
dan
Wait XX seconds for A/ responses

jangan terlalu besar agar proses DNS resolver cukup waktu melakukan
switch over ke secondary, tertiary DNS resolver berikutnya.
Rekomendasi dari RFC diantara 45 seconds s.d 60 seconds, hanya kalau
kondisinya ekstrim lambat bisa di set 120 seconds.

tanggapan dari ISP, mail server saya tidak bisa resolved ke DNS.

dari mail server ping ke DNS lancar tidak ada masalah.

Cek mx dan cek ns semua lancar.

Apakah email diterima atau tidak? Pengirim selalu dapat bounce back dari
email tersebut.
Menurut pengirim, email tersebut tidak diterima oleh penerima yang
dikonfirmasi melalui email lain.
Apakah timeouts dari DNS terlalu singkat untuk connectnya?

Idle time outnya terlalu kecil kalau DNS resolver yang digunakan MDaemon
bukan local DNS, naikkan 4.5 s/d 6 kalinya.

Tidak, sender belum lengkap kirim data sudah keburu time out.

Ya, lihat diatas.

10 seconds cukup kalau pakai DNS yang terinstall di local MDaemon server.
45 seconds mencukupi kalau pakai DNS servernya ISP.
60 seconds (maximal) kalau pakai public DNS.

Ya, lihat diatas.

10 seconds cukup kalau pakai DNS yang terinstall di local MDaemon server.
45 seconds mencukupi kalau pakai DNS servernya ISP.
