Fitur smpt call out/call back tidak ada di MDaemon, hanya MD Security
Gateway yang mendukung hal itu.
Akan tetapi umumnya user SG tidak mengaktifkannya, karena banyak makan
resources, dianggap sebagai backscatter

tetapi server mail.indorama.com ini implementasi sudah lebih baik
dibanding standard SAV nya exim mta.

Iya ternyata benar user swidiangk...@mscid.com ada kirim email ke salah satu 
user mereka, apakah cara seperti ini juga dijalankan oleh MDaemon jika 
mengaktifkan opsi tertentu Pak?.

Dugaan saya sih server itu sedang melakukan validitas sender (sender
verification check).
Coba periksa pada jam dan tanggal sekitar diatas kemungkinan ada
outbound mail dari swidiangk...@mscid.com ke domain indorama.com.
