Hmm koreksi, lebih baik periksa ke outlook connector log.
Lihat pada saat OC user read message apakah ada aktivitas move/copy message.

Notify ke server RIM dilakukan sebelum ini pada saat ada new mail, tanpa

Ini artinya cuma update flag (status) message ke read.
Coba periksa UID 115124 sebenarnya file message yang mana dengan
menggunakan utility

ftp://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-mdaemon/miscl/ViewImapMrk-202.zip

dan periksa apa benar file message itu jadi ada lebih dari 1 di user
mailbox folder dan terpush ulang ke BB handheld.

Yang (mestinya) terjadi adalah kalau mail dibaca oleh Outlook Connector
user maka status message menjadi "read", dan status ini akan terupdate
ke BB handheld yang pakai konfigurasi MD BIS atau MD BES atau IMAP BIS
conventional.

Mestinya tidak ada mail yang terforward kalau hanya "membaca mail".
Apakah tidak ada IMAP/POP3 filtering di email client yang digunakan user
tersebut?

Lalu pakai konfigurasi apa sebenarnya akun BB itu?
Menggunakan konvensional BIS, MD BIS atau MD BES?
Kalau pakai MD BIS, periksa BIS Log, kalau pakai BES periksa BES log
sementara kalau pakai BIS convensional periksa IMAP/POP3 untuk melihat
apakah memang benar mail dengan message-ID yang sama di push ke BB atau
RIM BIS server.

Ada kasus dimana user menggunakan email client outlook (pakai outlook 
connector), dan ketika dia membaca email lama, email lama tersebut terforward 
kembali ke BB handheld, mohon pencerahan kira2 ada yang salah setting di sisi 
mana.
