Terima kasih pak, iya setelah saya hapus DNS resolver tsb, proses incoming mail 
berjalan lancar lagi. Kami tidak ada ganti koneksi (ISP) pak, sudah pakai 
resolver DNS tersebut hampir 1 tahun ke belakang tidak ada issue.

> Lakukan check DNS resolver yang bisa dipakai mengikuti tips berikut,
> karena kalau tidak salah ingat uninet.net.id ini dulu melakukan filter
> terhadap public DNS kecuali ada permintaan dari user.

Terima kasih pak tipsnya, iya saya sebelummya sudah coba tool DNS Benchmark 
tsb, dan hasilnya DNS 9.9.9.9 dan 1.1.1.1 yang paling cepat resolve dari 
koneksi ISP kami, oleh karena itu saya gunakan di MDaemon.

Banyak error DNSlookup (time out) membuat sender kehabisan waktu delivery.
Dan karena sendernya adalah *.mail.protection.outlook.com yang tidak 
mengikuti regulasi internet dengan benar maka sender tidak retry to send 
seperti umumnya Internet Mail Server lain.


Memangnya baru ganti koneksi (ISP) ya?
Dihapus saja dulu DNS resolver 9.9.9.9.
Lakukan check DNS resolver yang bisa dipakai mengikuti tips berikut, 
karena kalau tidak salah ingat uninet.net.id ini dulu melakukan filter 
terhadap public DNS kecuali ada permintaan dari user.

Mau update saja, ini sudah bisa kembali, saya cek setting POP3 nya di user saat 
ini menggunakan port 110, ketika saya ganti ke port SSL 995 sudah bisa kembali 
di macbooknya.

ya?

Baru sore ini dari log user tsb saya cek ada socket error 10054, di pukul
15:39 sesi POP3 nya masih berhasil (complete).

Dari sisi user, sudah saya minta restart pc nya belum bisa POP3 juga.

Kemudian iseng dari server, saya restart juga masih sama, belum bisa juga
usernya.

 

Mohon bantuan analisa dan penelusurannya.

Harusnya masuk ke user mailbox.
Periksa ke Routing Log.
Kalau tidak dinformasikan mail tersimpan di user mailbox maka lanjutkan 
pemeriksaan ke contentfilter log, antispam log dan antivirus log.


Recipient yang pakai MDaemon webmail saja akan melihatnya di inbox 
folder, kecuali ybs membuatkan IMAP filter untuk memindahkan messagenya 
ke folder lain.


Recipient yang pakai office outlook perlu periksa ke spam folder, karena 
Junk Email filter di outlook memang tidak bisa di non aktifkan secara 
permanent kecuali pakai ubahan windows registry.

Error diatas tidak fatal, hanya mengindikasikan bahwa sender server 
tidak sopan dengan tidak menunggu response dari server 
mailhub.kobexindo.com atas command "quit" yang dia kirimkan.

Perlihatkan beberapa DSN of failure notification message lengkap dari sender 
yang kirim mail ke @eurotruktransindo.com kesini.
Dalam bentuk teks, jangan gambar, agar tampil lengkap (termasuk lampiran 
filenya) dan memudahkan analisis.




penyebabnya kenapa ya pak



Umumnya terjadi jika Name Server recipient domain (eurotruktransindo.com) ada 
yang down atau sibuk (busy) sehingga sender host kirim ke server yang salah 
(kirim ke web server (http server) eurotruktransindo.com bukan ke MX server).

Apakah recipient pakai email client office outlook?
Jika ya, maka minta mereka periksa ke Spam Folder (Junk E-mail folder) 
di email clientnya, jika pakai mobile device juga (Ponsel,Tablet, Gawai) 
maka minta periksa ke Spam Folder (Junk E-mail folder) di webmail.


Kalau tidak ditemukan juga, maka Anda perlu periksa ke routing log.

Umumnya hal ini terjadi karena koneksi lambat dan ada tcp filtering terhadap
port 143 yang aktif.
Tcp filtering bisa berupa filter oleh Firewall Antivirus (network antivirus
scanning) atau Proxy antivirus (real time scanning antivirus scanning).

Firewall antivirus umumnya akan bypass SSL/TLS connection, sehingga kalau pakai
koneksi IMAP/TLS akan bypass firewall scanning akan tetapi realtime scanning
akan tetap melakukan scanning karena itu koneksi local.
Direkomendasikan agar antivirus di PC/Laptop memasukkan aplikasi email client
kedalam trusted application dan exclude folder dimana terinstall emailclient.exe
dari scanning.

Dengan perkataan lain di email client di non aktifkan antivirus scanning.

Ini bukan koneksi yang ditolak tetapi koneksinya terputus.
Kemungkinan karena saat itu MDaemon sedang melakukan daily clean up sehingga
server sibuk dan tidak bisa mempertahankan koneksi IMAP dari client.

Mail ini diterima dengan baik oleh MDaemon.

User/recipient trisnasetiy...@eurotruktransindo.com pakai email client apa?
Kalau pakai outlook, minta dia periksa ke spam folder (junk Email folder) di
email clientnya.

Error diatas terjadi karena sender host kirim mail dari belakang
firewall yang memutus koneksi setelah receiver kirim command  "250 "
yang berarti sudah diterima dengan baik.
Tidak fatal hanya tidak sopan saja.

Kalau recipient tidak menerimanya di inbox folder, periksa ke junk-mail
folder di webmail atau di email client.
Jika tidak ada juga, periksa ke routing log dan content filter log atau
antispam log.

Tidak ada pengaruhnya.
Itukan "problem" mail terima dari server office365 (outlook.com), yang
solusinya adalah naikkan bandwidth Anda atau kurangi jumlah firewall
yang dipakai di MDaemon.

Ini yang memutuskan koneksi adalah sender host.

Ini khas masalah firewall.
Firewall bisa berupa hardware firewall (termasuk DMZ), software firewall
(termasuk Windows firewall dan proxy server) ataupun Antivirus real time
scanning.
Kurangi jumlah firewall yang aktif agar mail berjalan lancar.

Coba sender host di restart PC nya lalu test lagi, bisa juga hal ini
terjadi karena NICnya overload.

Kalau message ini apakah murni salah di sender? ataukah server saya juga
kemungkinan bisa bermasalah?

Kalau dilihat dari log ini sempat masuk ke queues\temp.  Apakah email2 yang
pernah masuk ke queues\temp ini bisa kita ambil atau dibuatkan trap supaya
terjadi hal seperti ini, saya bisa copy email-nya secara manual ke masing2
mailbox recipient?

Kanal alias jalur alias pipa koneksi internet.

 Sampai saat ini saya sudah rolling semua DNS server yang ada di
 MDaemon saya, email2 tetap saja masih bermasalah, terutama email yg
 ke/dari China dan India.

Kalau pakai multi koneksi yang terbaik run DNS resolver sendiri di
MDaemon server, berikutnya baru pakai public DNS server.

Tetapi dengan makin banyaknya ISP yang memblock DNS query ke public DNS
bisa coba di setiap NIC di set DNS nya pakai masing-2x ISP dan di
MDaemon DNS resolver menggunakan DNS yang terset di NIC.

Koneksi dari sender ke server Anda lambat, mungkin kanalnya sibuk (?)
Mestinya sender akan retry to send.

 Kalau dilihat dari log ini sempat masuk ke queues\temp.  Apakah
 email2 yang pernah masuk ke queues\temp ini bisa kita ambil

Tidak, temporary file memang sudah dibuat/disiapkan akan tetapi isinya
kosong karena sender belum sempat kirim DATA sudah keburu putus koneksinya.
MDaemon akan menghapus file temp yang sudah dibuatkan karena transaksi
mail yang gagal itu.
Temp queue itu tempat sanity check (antivirus, antispam dll).

Yang lambat ini di bagian mana ya Pak? Apakah fisik server saya (Windows
Server) atau DNS Server yang saya pakai di MDaemon atau fisik server sender
atau DNS Server yang dipakai sender?

Karena kalau saya masukkan DNS Server dengan jumlah banyak, biasanya
sebelum semua DNS yang ada dicoba untuk resolve, sender sudah memutuskan
koneksi (time out mungkin), sedangkan untuk time out DNS disisi saya kalau
terlalu dibesarkan juga menurut Pak Syafril kurang baik juga (saat ini saya
set 90)

Sampai saat ini saya sudah rolling semua DNS server yang ada di MDaemon
saya, email2 tetap saja masih bermasalah, terutama email yg ke/dari China
dan India.
