Coba tanyakan ke pengelola MX backup domain ptbmi.com, mungkin sender host retry to send ke mx backup server. Baik Pak, coba saya tanyakan ke penyedia layananan, Apakah user saat minta kirim ulang juga di cc: kan ke alamat domain ptbmi.com? Wah, ternyata sama sender tidak di cc: kan Pak, padahal sudah saya minta untuk di cc kan, sebagai tes.
