Recallnya pakai email client apa?
Kalau pakai email client office outlook hanya bisa di recall untuk/saat reply
mail saja.

Proses recall di MDaemon menggunakan Message-ID untuk deteksi message mana yang
akan di recall.
Di Internet Email memang message-ID lah yang membedakan satu message dengan yang
lain, karena message-ID itu unique

Office outlook tidak generate message-id saat compose new mail, hanya saat reply
akan generate unique message-ID.

Bisa coba dengan office outlook dengan account profile IMAP dan di set Sent Item
Folder disimpan di IMAP folder agar message-id yang missing akan ditambahkan
oleh MDaemon.
Dalam hal ini pastikan menu add message-ID di MDaemon aktif

[mdaemon-l] problem recall

Dear pak,

 

Saya ikuti langkah recall, kenapa gagal ya.

 

To recall a message by sending a message to the MDaemon system account:

1.Select your Sent Items folder

2.Select the message that requires a recall

3.Forward the sent message as an attachment using the Forward as
Attachment option

4.Define mdae...@example.com in the TO field

5.Define RECALL as the message subject

6.Send the message

oIf the message is received by MDaemon before the recall time limit
expires, MDaemon will delete the message from the queue.
