[MeeGo-dev] Meego works great on Asus eee 701 with non Atom CPU
Hi, I tested Asus eee 701 that has plain Intel Celeron CPU with both Meego 1.0 image and Fedora 13 with Moblin, both versions work 100% and blazingly fast even on that small and underpowered device to congratulations to all Meego/Moblin devels that you made such great and fast code. I saw info on Meego site saying that Atom CPU is needed, but Meego works great on Asus eee 701. When I tried first version of Moblin it was really pain to use on eee 701 but not it is blazingly fast, it is amazing. My guess is that lot of optimization has also happened in Intel open source graphics driver. Congratulations once more for making Meego and thank you for all your hard work.
