Arabic text not able to get from memcache after few days

Hi Folks,

I got an error from Memcache server. I able to get Arabic text from
Memcache, after initialize memcache. After few days, memcache returns ?
mark symbol, instead of Arabic text.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

I installed new memcache service by using sc command. Service has been
created successfully.

When i start the service, I getting error 1083.

 c:\memecached\memcached.exe ... your directory is memEcached, typo ?

sc create memcached1 binPath=c:\memecached\memcached.exe -d runservice -p
11311 start=auto DisplayName=memcached server 2

 You can of course pick different port numbers, and you can add any other
