Actually.. the delay is guberm'nt ... upon permit application they decided
the subject area fell within the EPA Wetlands regulations [imagine that,
the middle of the desert !] because of the numerous washes that show up on
their records. So, I have had to endure several months of government
special people [like, you know, short bus "special"] who at various times
demanded I present them with Survey Engineering reports and Civil Engineer
Reports and Plans.. So I'm still waiting for "them" to even cut dirt to
level about 3 acres and put in foundations.

Perhaps, another week, before permits are issued.. then it will be quick..
There is a second building also.. 40'x60' ...So.. I "should" have some
viable work space to do restorations and projects..

As one of my Structural Engineers said: "The possible can be done. The
impossible just takes more money."

It is expensive ($200) and is supposed to be one time use device, meaning
that it turns on when you slide it on it's mounting plate, and can't turn
it off. The battery is supposed to last "up to five years". When the low
battery warning comes on, you through it away and buy another one.

Our battery died after 1 yr., 11 months. I was pissed. I took it apart,
found the size and type of battery (2/3A 3v. lithium) and soldering
terminals, then found a replacement from Amazon. Two days later it's here,
I have the soldering iron heated up, the soldapult ready, and out
comes the

old battery and in goes the new.

While I was at it, I took the on/off switch and moved it from it's
actuated

by the mount to the top of the case where I can turn it on/off as I wish.

Put it all together, it passed the POST, and is back in the C182.
Cost, $12

and half an hour.

That's your problem.
Outlook enters a CR after 80 characters. Older versions of Outlook you

change that but when Microscrew starting using Word as the editor they

took

away that option.
Firefox on the other hand is Smart enough not to do that.
