Fully describes how things go when I pick up a wrench.

This came to me while the wee massage wench was working me over this afternoon.
The gal is VERY patient and pretty precise in ministering to muscles. Perfect
application for pulled pork and many other actions. Low and Slow, where I am
prone to strong arming things and needing things to happen NOW! The plethora
of snapped bolts will attest to this.

IT means “to make things worse by trying to make them better”.

Re: [MBZ] This is Sort of Cool

2017-12-15 Thread Curley McLain via Mercedes
Uh, NO! If you start with a 230, or a 111, it will fit. I think any
OM60x will fit in under the 6 cyl long hood version of the 110 or any
111. However a 200D 2.4 (OM616) will accelerate like a 124 300D. The
616 makes an amazing difference, however a turbo and taller final ratio
would be better yet, with the 616.

Ans no, I don't think there is enough space front to back to fit an
OM602 either, however, a 601 would fit.

I've not tried it, but I think the 616 head will fit on the 621 block.
you'd have to be sure the passages on block and head and gasket all
match up. If you used 616 sleeves and pistons in the 621 block, I
think you'd have a very nice setup, but you'd have to get a shop to turn
up the IP a bit, There is no room for the 616 oelfilter housing in the
engine compartment, so the 621 block is a good starting point also. The
616 oelfilter can be mounted remote.

You need it! I don't see any rust in a cursory look. I wonder how much
and where. If it is only surface rust, the car is a good value. If
not, it still could be an ok deal.

Well, they did say in the letter to call for a pickup, but I go by a local
FedEx office store (FedEx owned, not a third party place) daily so I figured it
would be a lot easier for me to drop it off.

Apparently not.

It was surprisingly difficult to plot a geometric design in the flight GPS
app. I'll find a better way to do it next time. Once it's in the "flight
plan" - you just follow the magenta line. I did backtrack on all the
straight lines of the star - having flight trails on in the GPS made it
easier to fly the same path.

It's also the number of a vacuum tube which was typically used in audio
amplifiers back in the day, but was also used at the final in some

I got one of those. I’ve been trying to send the old one back as requested,
without a lot of success. I tried dropping it off at the local FedEx office and
they wouldn’t take it. Said I had to drop it at the depot. I’m going to call
and have it picked up like they recommended. Guess I should have done that
