Re: [MBZ] Pinion Nut Socket
Yes. and I know where it is. I made it from an appropriate size deep impact socket by removing all the bottom .3" or so of the socket but the pins, in keeping with my embargo on "special tools." It is also needed for 113/114/115, 123, and probably 108/109 and some or all 107 cars. Re: [MBZ] OT - Calrod heater element
I think there are only 2 companies who make 90% or more of all heating elements. Calrod and Watlow. My advice: Look on the websites for both, armed with the thread dia and pitch. (after you decide if it is metric or US) Also get the watt rating off the element or from the machine nameplate. If you can't find it on the websites, call the customer service for each company. They will probably refer you to a dealer/distributor, but being in the chit ca go area, you are near a big one, so that is ok. call the dealer/distributor. If that fails, call the dealer/distributors in lost angles and/or seattle. (huge coffee markets) Be aware, though, that is may be a contract with the mfgr of your coffee device in italy that prevents the elements from being sold anywhere else You can also try the bay of fleas and the ones in yurp, such as fleabay.de Mountain Man via Mercedes wrote on 3/22/19 8:26 PM: No... not CalRod, i.e. california hot rod...
