Maybe not!  If it really is green that is extremely rare, and the interior
looks tantalizingly clean.  Definitely worth a follow up.  Ask for the VIN
and run a carfax report.  If the mileage and accident reports pan out try
to run it through the carwash to check for leaks before offering $4k.
