I hate that too, but we have a combo convection/air fryer countertop unit and at least it does get used pretty often. The worst are appliance "gadgets" taking up space but that you never use because they are only useful for *one* thing. You can but those pictures are processed, the halo around the car is a giveaway. I find DSLR cameras annoying when trying to mess with depth of field, at least the lower end ones I've played with. Ideally you'd close the aperture to stretch the depth of field. In practice the camera picks an aperture setting and adjusts ISO to get the brightness it wants. The Nikon cameras we have pick a wide aperture (numerically low F-stop) which gives a shallow depth of field. For making videos this drove me crazy at first because I'd be in and out of focus during a shot. Combo convection oven/microwave seems odd to me because the operations are so different. You're essentially talking about a combo toaster oven/microwave. We have a combo toaster oven/convection oven/air fryer. The air fryer part is pretty garbage, it works okay but is too small to cook a useful volume of anything.
