I had been using T-Mobile for past 3 years. My plan was the Simple
choice plan for 3 lines 1G of data per line, unlimited text and calls.
There are some spots where I cannot get signal. Other than that,
I have no issue. My plan do not have the contract.
Yesterday, I change to T-Mobile ONE plan with no contract where all
3 lines have unlimited data, text and calls for additional $50. And today,
I pre-order the iPhone 7 plus from T and had to pay additional $12 for
the "accidents insurance".
Customer service was great as I was talking to someone who is able to
help me. Talks to them about 4 times in the past. The first was to
activate the 3rd line located 2000 miles away and to get service
connected. The second was to clarify my discount. The third was to
get more data for the 3rd line. She was very helpful and did gave me
alternatives for advantages in the long run. The fourth was that the
pre-order insist on the SIM card that I don't need as I am transferring
from current to new cell and both cells uses the same micro SIM. Just
knock off the $20, as I do have many SIM cards in my drawer.
