[MBZ] I'm confused about the parts in this shift lever

2009-03-04 Thread spots @dslextreme.com
Hi -

Here's an ebay auction, it's mine. I looked up these parts as best as I
could on EPCnet. I have no idea why some of the parts seem so expensive
given that they are common to so many cars. Can anyone tell me if these
parts are actually worth something, or is it just like the tabs that cover
the screws on the interior door locks of cars that have the round escushion
-- MB wants 140+ for a screw cover that isn't even chrome plated and SLS
wants € 8. I don't get it.

I can't believe you are obsessing on combining washers and dryers.

Anyway, such a device did exist about 20 years ago. It was bigger than most
washers and it was a front-loader. My recollection is that it worked
poorly, both for washing and drying, but that it did work.

I think that there IS a new one out, and I suspect that it too will work
poorly.

When I look at my GIANT HE Kenmore washer and dryer, the interior size is
basically the same size and shape, so it does seem like this could be
possible. but I don't think it's gonna happen...
