I got my radio back from Becker just before Christmas but hat the car so apart from the heater I was not able to check it out. It is now installed and I am quite happy with it. I went for the exchange, I don't know why I guess at the time it seamed easier. The exchange unit looks fine and works flawlessly. I am completely satisfied. The folks at Becker were nice, there was none of the "we don't fix old stuff nonsense"..
