Tony Wirtel Somebody parked a 606 engined car for many months while waiting for parts after it ate the vac pump bearings, I'm pretty sure of that. Mitch, Maybe me? My '95 E300 had a failed vacuum pump when I bought it, and I was very concerned about bearings dumped into engine, but it had the upgraded pump so nothing dumped.
