Some people think that if there isn't a 500 or 600 after an "S" or "SL" it isn't a "real" Mercedes! Perhaps they are more interested in having a status symbol, then anything else though... ;-)
Wish they had sent the diesel over too, hopefully by next year we'll see the redesigned C with the 250 (2.1L) BlueTEC diesel. They won't have to far to go from the Alabama plant!
