I scored an incomplete set of Fine Wire or Double Basket rims with three arm spinners that have the tri-star logo. They have not been cleaned in a bit and have minor rust patches. One has a dent in the outer rim. Road rash. If I can score another wheel, all I need is the spinner. I might be able to send the bent lip to a wheel repair shop.
