Most state troopers have a "ticket now" mentality. I don't think that arguing it is a tractor will go very far. So, any other Mog owners out there take the 'it's a tractor and I don't have to register it' position? Some people think that the only place for a Diesel engine is in a truck or tractor. When I told a friend of mine about my diesel Benz addiction, that was exactly his reaction. How funny that our Kubota B7100 and L2500 tractors would have probably outrun the 240D to 20MPH! Lots of people around here register station wagons, minivans, and SUVs with a truck plate, because you can and it's cheaper.
