What a clean conversion!  The back end looks especially factory.

Pity about the ACC, although I suppose this is a rare enough bird that
it's worth spending whatever it takes to keep it going.

A company in England called Crayford did these, they are coach builders 
and as such should know what they are doing. However I know someone who 
stripped one of these wagons down and found a tonne of bog.
