I have had no problem aligning glove box lids on 123's, it is a matter of understanding the design. In isolation, it seems like an unnecessarily complex one, but time has proved it to be unbelievably fit for purpose Is he talking about the same glove box lid as my TD has? Huh? That will not stay aligned, the light tends to come on randomly, the latch barely engages... and this after multiple efforts at fixing it.
