I am trying to stay away from the need to mix, because I am not in the least
skilled at mix or application before it all cures.

I found Permatex Liquid Metal, which seems to be getting the job done. Three
wheels down, two to go. Once it cures, I move on to the sanding and prep for
filler/primer.

I have not done it, but I would think JBWeld would be a good
choice. Light, waterproof, can be shaped after it sets. Clean
the aluminum really good first. I would use muriatic acid.

I am to the point of making repairs to the Bundts. What sort of metal filler
would be best? Turns out I was not the first idiot to think a sawzall was a
good tire removal tool. There is some curb rash and other scuffing that might
enjoy attention. Much of the damage is pretty fine. Could I get away with
using glazing putty?
