Philo (streaming service) has History and a bunch of “lifestyle” channels. We 
considered this as the wife likes Discovery Investigation or something like 
that.

After having Dish for 20 years, they seem to be increasingly losing 
channels.  Tomorrow we are supposed to lose our local Fox channel.  Is 
there a streaming service that has all the local channels and features 
some sort of online DVR feature that would work similar to the way the
