From what I understand, stents have defined, finite lives, and if you get
one in your late forties or fifties, the likelihood of needing a replacement
stent is not all that low.

To Dave M. Jeff Z and others - Thanks for the advice.  
I need this car to last at least as long as I do and be reliable for me and
to take my 87yo Mother in Law on trips. 
I'm retired with cardiac issues at 55. I didn't even know they COULD replace
a stent, and I am just as happy I decided to take a nap while the cutter
balloon with it's ten razors was working in there.  Maybe a transfusion of
Mobil 1 would help me.
