Did you get a PPI?  If not, don't blame the PO, blame your PPI mechanic. 
 If you didn't get a PPI, why not?  $70-100 saves you headaches like 
this

2nd easiest - power steering is the easiest -  naturally, the hardest - 
to get to, and to adjust is the most important one - the one that runs 
the water pump..   Always seemed backwards to me. this is the 78 240 
I speak of - the 91 300 has a serpentine which is a piece of cake

simple. If it worked they'd put a belt on it, its the easiest (or second
