damn, I should have paid closer attention to that.  NOt bad for a 350

[MBZ] POS SDL

got an idea what POS means, am i correct???; looks like the exact same,
cheap paint   color  that Peach auto painting co. put on my 79 240D;
Zodiac blue; would look beautiful if they put it on thicker than an Onion
skin!!!; supposed to be sanded; yes they ALSO?!?!?sanded the alum.
trim around rear glass  some other trim; primed, must be ULTRA THIN;  3
coats of paint (NOT!) With SEPARATE clear coat; can almost see thru to
old orig. blue paint in some areas?!?!;I guess you get what you pay for
$250

Not sure if Gump does.  The salt shaker looks red when I crank, but
since she lights off so quick, I have no real empirical data to say
that the glow continues during cranking.

I did try to keep glow while/after cranking on a really cold day.  May
have cooked a diode or something in the alternator because the charge
light remained lit (softly) for the rest of the day while I drove
around.

 the dash.  I do know, courtesy of the salt shaker, that our knob
 car does not continue to glow while cranking, whereas I do know
 that the later underhood relay models do.  Not sure of the one
 in the middle, but I believe it also glows while cranking.

 It's even possible that ours is also supposed to, but that the
 switch has partially failed.
