The same survey found that people assumed that red vehicles were driven by risk takers. I don't know that I agree with the latter statement as both of my vehicles are red and I have never considered myself a risk taker. Around here, I saw a lot of cream colored 110/111. The majority of 110/111 interiors I saw were red, but had bucket seats, not a bench. Second place interior was tan. My first MB was DB-186 Cement Gray. (with bright red interior, and the only bench seat I have ever seen in a 110/111 or later MB.) I was not impressed with either when I got the car, but the DB-186 was nice because it always looked good, and when you wash it, it looked even better. Not like black (040) where it looks dirty before it is even dried off after washing. I liked the red interior also after a while.
