Yeah I'm not even sure what might be wrong with the transmission or if 
that is an accurate diagnosis.  I'll put the computer on it and do a 
quick scan, see what codes are popping up.  For the money though there 
is a fair amount of headroom to work on it or replace stuff.  I'm 
guessing it is nothing too serious but I'll find out.

to get that sorted. The girl selling it is a bit vague, I don’t think she
actually knows much about it, but for the $$ it’s hard to pass up. In
running condition this is a $8-9k or more car. And my fave black/black in a
coupé, looks fairly decent though dirty in the pics. Going Thursday to pick
it up, bit of a road trip over to Jawja. Could be a deal and definitely an
adventure!
