SWMBA actually likes the looks of the 116. I am not as enamored of them  They 
just seem to be too clunky and over engineered in an early iteration sort of 
manner.

Perhaps.  I have one, would make massive wife points if I
sold it.  I thought I'd be into it and driving it by now,
but I somehow doubt that'll happen anytime soon, perhaps

Personally, if it's going to have an automatic transmission I
want a turbo.  As an '81 it may not.

Otherwise, it looks like it's worth looking at.
