For a car with that low mileage to break a timing chain tells me that someone was careless about oil changes, and the cruddy inside of the engine suggests that cheap dino oil was occasionally changed. Besides you can't see how the pistons are - if the tops of the pistons are badly damaged they may need to be replaced. Actually I can't see the pistons at all - I assumed they've been removed - I wonder how well this guy kept track of everything ? Might be a lot more work than he indicates. For the 91-93 cars using the alpine CD changer, you have to get 2 PIE adaptors, and get a special interface box at the dealer. Check on the internet to see if you can order them somewhere. When I bought mine I got the part number off a website and had a local radio shop order them for me. Not sure why Becker had to go with the trunk mounted amp & tuner - all the other systems managed to put quality in the dash - The bad thing is the Becker Silverstone CD Changers are becoming difficult to find - and parts take a long time to locate.
