Does the fan come on in AC (max cool) or Defrost setting? If you start in AC/Defrost and switch to heat does the fan stay on? Checked the fuse this morning and it's fine. In fact it was blue when the card in the fuse box cover called for a red fuse so someone has already tried the Andrew strategy. I got into the car, thumped a fist on the general area of where I imagine the blower is, and it whirred to life. If it's the fuse, expect to replace the motor soon, it's dragging on the bearings and pulling too much juice.
