Nope - the 123 was the start of the down-hill side. They didn't even try to make the star mount look like a fake radiator cap! My styling faves are the 107, 114/115, 116, and 123. The 126 is OK, but not exciting, same with the 201. The 124 is ugly-ass, though in its wagon form it's nice. Dunno about coupe/convertible 124's, haven't really seen any in person. Everything newer has too much pod in it. (Except for the 129, which has too much Mustang in it.) I'm sure at some point we'll have something newer anyway, once they're cheap enough. Everything older is a bit dowdy to me, excepting the Grosser. Would love to have a brace of 124 AWD diesel wagons.
