Well, it is an upgrade, especially in terms of durability, operating 
cost and maintenance cost.

I just went out to the 240 D and it’s 20 outside and with 4 working 
glow plugs it started right up. Tomorrow I am supposed to go look at 
the 124 convertible. The guy is real interested in trading for the 240D.
