I wonder why Wyoming, considering its limitless supplies of fossil fuels, is in the vanguiard for biodiesel when its climate is so arid... Sort of makes one wonder about the economics of building these plants, and whether cheap land, arable soil, climate, logistics (location), or ?? is the most significant driver in finding suitable sites. I guess those high petro prices are starting to make this stuff economical -- are there tax breaks involved too?
