Its an interesting set of options. Heated seats, head light wipers, SLS, MB Tex, no ASD. Very likely a special ordered car. I left the guy a message. I'd guess hes swamped with calls. All the 500e s had sls, maybe the 400e and it was probably an option on the rest of the sedans.
