The w124 clocks all seem to break after awhile. The clock from my 87 and Wilton's 87 cluster are both nonfunctional. The 94 is still going strong, and the '85 w123 is fine. Maybe 87 was a bad clock year. The later electronic clocks, such as the ones in the W123 and later, are all dead due to the failure of the capacitors having dried out. I need to get the clock for the R107 made functional. Probably will have no impact on resale, but… well, I have never had accurate clock in the car but for twice each day.
