Isn't there some sort of auto upholstery shop nearby?  Several years ago I had 
a Cadillac and the back seat was badly torn up.  My indy recommended a shop in 
town and they recovered the seat.  They matched the leather pretty well and it 
looked great.  It cost about $150 IIRC.  I think I got the dealer price since 
my friend sent me.  But, a place like that might be worth a shot.  It turned it 
into a great looking car with a perfect interior versus a car that gave the 
impression it had been abused.

Uhh, I open by eyes and see in the photos the had the seats recovered in cheap 
aftermarket vinyl. I asked seller about it and he said he could not afford the 
correct ones. If he wants anywhere nears his asking price he is going to have 
to have it redone correctly.

The color difference with the trim. The trim will of course be faded but the 
seats look electric '80s green by comparison. I suspect they're even brighter 
in person.

I went to a car thing last Sunday and there was an old Mustang that was 
about that color, a bit darker on the paint but interior about the 
same.  It looked pretty good.


A buddy has an orange 240Z, I sent him that green one someone posted a 
coupla weeks ago, it went for $14k which is a bit spendy for him.

I am just shocked at what appears to be an otherwise very very nice car 
somebody would have these horrible cheap seat covers put on in place of 
the factory covers.  If the price was right it would be worth trying to 
locate the real replacements.
