My 2014 W212 E250 Bluetec sedan regularly achieves 41-48 mpg on the highway
depending on the miles driven, so the savings are very significant.  On
mixed driving it's 30-35.

It may lean closer to gasser if you start talking about a 210 or something with 
a m112 that is able to use regular.
