Ended up with the front ends under the dash and the back ends above the rear shelf, diagonal bottom right to top left. With my folding seat 1997 Achieva, I carried 10' pipes and conduits on occasion, but that was easy, tuck the front end under the dash, then over the reclined passenger seat, and into the trunk. Again, quantities limited to what would go on top of the seat and still fit under the dash. As I type this, my pole saw and a 7' fishing rod are in the Saturn Ion. Since they're both skinny and I don't like a sharp saw rolling around, I tucked them between the passenger seat and the doors. ___ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com

Pretty sure that’s W211s only, and even if it was, that was for the roof itself (laminated glass that has separation of the layers) and likely wouldn’t cover the issue that mine has. Now that I have a MIG welder, and am reasonably competent with it, a sunroof would get welded closed. We special ordered the Subauru to get one without a factory hole in the roof.
