Euro lights are selling for $1-2k.  If you find a car with them, especially a 
beater, all the value is in the lights

That is a big investment in making it pretty enough to fetch viable ROI.  The 
stuff around me is dirt cheap and in need of big restoration, or a high #3 that 
seeks five figures

The one thing that I dislike is the great big star in the grill. I 
prefer something a bit more subdued like the medallion and the hood star 
on my 115.
