I went ahead and ordered a Febi from AutohausAZ.

I chose them because they seem to be the closest, but in calling them I
found they don't have the part but it will be coming from one of their
"sister" warehouses. Perhaps I could have gotten it from somewhere else
just as quickly.

They did, however, offer USPS Priority Mail for $9.99 with its 1-2 day
service.

I would probably trust INA, or Febi. Meyle has a German name, made in China.
