Also, several firefighting flights were cancelled due to sight-seeing
drones in the area despite the no fly designation of the areas.

For what it’s worth, your buddies over at the US Forest Service have been using 
drones for several years to check out wild fires and where they’re spreading. 
We watched several drones on FlightAware this past summer when they were fire 
fighting in northern AZ.
