Maybe. I guess we will find out. I sure as hell did not want to have to deal with this right now. The plan was to keep it rented for another 3 years or so, then sell it. Take the equity from that and refi this house into a 10-15 hear note paying it down significantly and have a cheap payment getting it paid off quick.
