Not sure if it is mercurial or APFS bug, but when I try to update a repo on
APFS partition to commit which contains Cyrillic characters(possibly cp-1251
from Windows commit), hg throws:
abort: illegal byte sequence: <filename> [Code: 255]
Workaround: put your repo on HFS+ partition.
